چکیده
Fungal endophytes were isolated from the leaves, stems and roots of two widely used medicinal plantsviz.,Andrographis paniculata (Burm. f.) Wall. exNeesand Centella asiatica (L.)Urban. A total 28 endophytic fungi identified based on morphological molecular analyses. The were: Aspergillus flavus (Link), A. fumigatus (Fresen.), niger (Tiegh), terreus (Thom), Cladosporium sp., Colletotrichum Curvularia chonburiensis (Tibpromma & K.D. Hyde), C. hominis (Da Cunha, Madrid, Gené Cano), lunata (Wakker), lycopersici (Tandon Kakkar), Fusarium falciforme (Carrión), F. phaseoli (Burkh.), solani (Mart.), udum (Berk.), Lasiodiplodia theobromae (Pat.), Monodictys paradoxa (Corda), M. putredinis (Wallr.), Penicillium commune P. chrysogenum oxalicum (Currie Thom), sp. 1, 2, 3, 4, Scytalidium lignicola (Pesante) Talaromyces trachyspermus (Shear). Among them flavus, niger, terreus, 1 both plants. chonburiensis, hominis, lycopersici, falciforme, phaseoli, paradoxa, found to be new records for Bangladesh. Findings this study will helpful better understanding fungal diversity species richness in those Bangladesh J. Plant Taxon. 30(1): 111-122, 2023 (June)
